Classes
small groups, big results
Small Group Training offers a fun, supportive and dynamic environment to work out in. At The Pit all of our 45-minute classes are small enough to give you the attention you need to get the results you want. With no more than 6 participants per Trainer, you can choose from 12 weekly sessions targeting Female strength, Male strength, Mixed Strength and Full body conditioning circuit. Classes focus on resistance training, and feature a combination of high intensity, functional movement patterns and cardio based exercises.

After 4 babies it was time to shake things up and Josh has been AMAZING at helping me get back in shape. I love training at The Performance Pit and Josh is a diligent, focused, creative and caring trainer. Being 43, there's no way I would throw around the sorts of weights we lift without his watchful eye. It's a safe space to lift, sweat, laugh, cry, hug, talk about life and generally just be.
